My planning interests are in sustainability, eco-friendly transit & alternative energy, smart growth when appropriate, urban revitalization, esp. downtowns and post-industrial/Rustbelt cities, with emphasis on use of sustainable techniques and materials & gentrification and its implications, both good and bad and how it affects everyone.
